Single Sign On (SSO) applications can be added to your dashboard and once they are set up correctly, you do not need to re-enter credentials in order to log in. This way, once you share an application with an employee or group through the dashboard, they will be able to log in without knowing the credentials. This makes employee onboarding/offboarding easier – you can just revoke access to the SSO application at any time and avoid credential theft.
You can share any resource that you like through your dashboard simply by choosing an individual or group you would like to share it with. The resource will then appear on their dashboard and they will be able to log in without knowing the credentials or being able to copy them. Through the dashboard, you can share links, notes, applications, SSO applications etc.
You can choose who you wish to share the resource with, follow all activity through the audit log in order to spot irregular behavior and check statistics to see your most used resources. You can also click on the resource itself and check the resource log where you will see a list of all people the resource has been shared with. You can revoke access to resources at any time.
AppsCo allows you to enforce multiple security policies, so you can choose how your employees log in. Possible options are IP whitelisting, adding secure devices, adding a specific timeframe for log ins, multifactor authentication etc. Statistics show how secure your passwords are so you know when to change them, the audit log enables you to track all activity in case there are any irregularities, so you can act quickly and accordingly. You can enforce strict access management and know exactly who has access to which resource and to what extent.
In order to be compliant with the current data protection laws, you must be able to provide your customers and employees information on their personal data, how it is collected and why and how it is used. In AppsCo, you can generate various reports with the exact information that you need. The compliance report shows you which resource collects which type of personal data, so you can respond quickly to your data subjects’ requests.
